Be a Champion Against MS
Champions Against MS is a free program that connects BP MS 150 cyclists with people living with MS. Together, you’ll become partners in journey of finding a cure for multiple sclerosis. On the BP MS 150 route, cyclists wear red colorful bandanas bearing the signatures of their Champions with MS.
If you know someone with MS, request an unsigned bandana when you register and collect the bandana at a Packet Pick-Up for your Champion to sign.
If you don’t know someone with MS, request a signed bandana when you register. When you collect the bandana at Packet Pick-Up, there will be a label on the bandana with your Champion’s (person living with MS) name and contact information. Get in touch with your Champion; it makes the journey to Austin even more rewarding.
How Do I Sign Up?
Sign up to be a Champion Against MS when you register for the Tour. Riders will see two options under Champions Against MS/CHAMPS.
The first option is for cyclists who want the National MS Society to pair them with persons living with MS. Check this box to get a signed bandana at Packet Pick-Up.
If you know someone with MS, select the second box to receive a blank bandana for your Champion to autograph.
If you’ve already registered and didn’t sign up for the free program, just collect a bandana at any Packet Pick-Up.
