Read more about fund-raising: The BP MS 150 is a fund-raising event to raise money to support MS research and help 17,000 Texans living with MS. Get creative with your fund-raising tactics to make a profound difference of the lives of thousands.
Create a personal fund-raising link: Send this link to family and friends to start collecting donations online.
Become a Champion Against MS: If you don’t know someone who has MS, this is a way to make a personal connection. The free Champions Against MS Program unites cyclists and people with MS who cannot ride. Cycling CHAMPS carry collectible bandanas bearing the signatures of their CHAMPS with MS.

Visit a BP MS 150 Official Bike Store: Official Bike Stores are great resources for bikes, equipment, training and general cycling information.
Participate in a safety clinic: Safety clinics help you understand the rules of the road and proper cycling etiquette. Safety awards are given to teams that meet safety criteria.
Train: Ride the Recommended Rides. These organized group rides help you prepare physically. Each ride requires a small fee and benefits local organizations.
Hydrate: Drink plenty of fluids, even if you do not feel thirsty.
Participate in pre-BP MS 150 events, such as Recommended Rides and the Kick-Off Party: These events offer information and the chance to meet fellow riders.
Pack: Packing for the Tour ride is easy just check out the packing list. The Society will carry two pieces of luggage for you, up to 75 pounds total. Items to carry while riding are a copy of your driver’s license and medical insurance card. Each participant MUST complete the emergency contact information on the back of the jersey rider number bib.
